Estonian-law answers with provision citations. A public demo, not a legal-advice service.
Problem
Generic models sound fluent on legal questions but cite the wrong statute, mix versions, or invent provisions. People need answers tied to the text in force.
Solution
Statutes from Riigi Teataja are chunked, embeddings live in PostgreSQL + pgvector, and retrieval respects the law in force on the date. Weak evidence makes the answer more conservative, not more confident.
Result
181k chunks, 16k+ legal records; every answer shows the quoted provision you can inspect, not just model prose.
