Contact form
I collect your name, contact details and task description to reply to you and, if relevant, prepare a proposal. Legal basis: pre-contractual steps at your request. Retention: 12 months.
Initial diagnostic
The diagnostic is by invitation. For the company I use public data from the Estonian Business Register. Answers and the calculated result are stored on the server and are available only with the personal link and password. I delete them on request or when the invitation is removed.
Recommendations are produced by transparent rules. Answers are not sent to AI services or shared with third parties for marketing.
If you ask for a copy by email, the address is used only to send it. Consent to marketing emails is separate, voluntary and off by default.
Technical data
To prevent abuse, IP addresses are processed briefly to limit the number of requests. I collect visit statistics only on my own server: the page address, the referring site's domain, language, device type (phone or computer) and a few button clicks. Anonymous aggregate statistics are collected from everyone without cookies or identifiers, using a hash kept only in server memory and changed every day. If you give consent, I add a first-party cookie with a random id to tell returning and unique visitors apart and measure visit frequency; in that case I also store a truncated IP address (last part zeroed). The full IP address is never stored. Statistics are not shared with third parties or used for advertising. Answers in progress are kept in your browser's session storage until you close the tab.
Cookies
eluneri_consent - necessary, remembers your cookie choice (up to 6 months). eluneri_v - statistics, a random id for counting returning and unique visits, only with your consent (up to 12 months). Admin cookies - necessary, for the site owner only. You can withdraw consent at any time via “Cookie settings” in the footer. Statistics data is kept for up to 14 months.
