Open-source intelligenceIndependent founder project

OSINT Radar

A 24/7 situational-awareness dashboard over 31 public sources, refreshed every 15 minutes.

OSINT Radar
Problem
Information about a target is scattered across dozens of public sources, and gathering it by hand is slow.
Founder’s role
Dmitri built the source collection, an entity-link map and change monitoring.
Result
One view gathers public information about a target, each item with its source and timestamp, and flags changes.

Problem

Open-source monitoring is fragmented across APIs, feeds and sites, each with its own format and limits. One unavailable source should not stop the whole workflow.

Solution

31 independent source adapters run concurrently (Promise.allSettled), each with its own timeout, retry and cache. Every sweep is stored with a timestamp and changes reach the browser over SSE.

Result

Geopolitics, aviation, maritime, cyber, natural hazards, markets and macro sit in one operator view; a single source failure stays visible but never interrupts the rest.
